Ben has spent 25 years in multi-unit operations — running, scaling, and helping businesses across more than 400 locations for some of the world’s largest restaurant, retail, and service brands, including Fortune 500 companies. He’s been the person in the business, the person managing the managers, and the person accountable for performance across an entire portfolio, Because he saw an opportunity to improve while watching great operational knowledge sit in folders nobody opened and walk out the door when great managers left. He built LeadOps AI because the technology finally existed to give operators what their teams had always needed — and what great operators had always intended to provide.
James Lindsay
Chief Technology Officer
James brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of AI, marketing, and business performance. As the founder of GoVoice AI and a builder of AI-driven systems that have contributed to more than $97 million in attributed revenue, he has spent his career turning emerging technology into practical tools that create real business outcomes. He joined LeadOps AI because the operational intelligence problem — getting the right knowledge to the right people at the right moment — is exactly where AI creates its highest value. James leads the platform architecture, AI integration, and product development that makes LeadOps AI work.

LeadOps AI founder Ben Coarde is available on a selective basis for senior operational advisory engagements with multi-unit operators. With 25 years of experience across 400+ locations and Fortune 500 operations, Ben works with a limited number of organizations each year on operational assessment, leadership alignment, performance improvement, and the practical application of AI in multi-unit operations.
